ZERO STARS! I’m 77 & have heart trouble going to surgery this week. I have $45 in the HomeWAVe acc for text. My son has been desperately trying to reach me by text…he isn’t prevented, but just as I begin to answer a red box pops up saying I’ve reached my limit. But the funds are still there. Please help. I’ve sent a message threes times , but get no results.

It's disgusting how this works for first contact. You get a phone call asking if you accept charges, then tells you you have no funds, then directs you to go download an app which requires approval before you can talk to anyone. The phone call done to add funds dropped twice. What happened to accepting a collect call?! And charging for a local call is also infuriating. This is just a "money grab" app preying on unfortunate people.
